Real-estate portal for southeastern Mexico: buy, rent, land, and commercial, with plans for agencies and developers.
Problem
Listing and finding property in Yucatán, Quintana Roo, Campeche, Chiapas, and Tabasco is usually split across generic portals, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. Agencies need a product with cities, neighborhoods, and real operations.
Approach
A custom web platform — not a template —: listing types, property publishing, city/neighborhood coverage, and plans for agencies and developers. Product engineering in Next.js for the southeast commercial flow.
Outcome
A live product at miinmo.com.mx. The outcome is a working channel for buying, renting, and publishing; we do not cite traffic or closings that are not documented here.
